"I've known Emily as my agent (my wife's also), a business neighbor, and a friend for 20 years and absolutely adore her & Melody. They are just super people (the family). Plus Emily and her staff give you great service for an agent. She's always given us accurate information and helped us anytime we had a loss. She is honest as the day is long. I like State Farm. I felt I've always paid a reasonable price and when we've had claims they've taken care of us. They have fought for us when we were in the right and in the rare instance my wife had an at fault accident, attempted to mitigate our loss. Insurance is part of life. Emily, Melody, and staff make it painless as possible"
